What you are buying
Tables and seats at the 25th DJ Awards are sold by invitation against a named guest list. Every seat must be assigned to a named person before the event and we will ask you for those names. There are no door sales, and nothing is listed on any external ticketing platform.
Prices
All prices include applicable taxes. Prices are released in tiers. Each tier is capped and closes when it sells out.
The price only ever goes up. A closed tier is never reopened, and no discount is offered later.
Deposits and balances
Some tiers are held with a deposit rather than paid in full. Where a deposit is taken:
- The deposit is non-refundable. It holds the table and it is not returned if you change your mind.
- The balance falls due on 21 September 2026, whichever tier you have booked.
- We will contact you with the balance payment link, and remind you at fourteen, seven and two days before it is due.
- If the balance is unpaid on 21 September the deposit is forfeited and the table is released for resale.

Cancellation
Because this is a ticket for an event on a specific date, the usual fourteen-day cancellation right does not apply once your booking is confirmed. Tables, seats and packages are not refundable, but may be transferred to another named person with our written agreement.
Hotel packages
Packages are sold for two people sharing, on the nights stated. Flights are not included unless the package says otherwise. The hotel's own terms apply on arrival.
Admission
The venue's conditions of entry apply and the venue may refuse admission. We may refuse or cancel a booking, with a full refund, where we reasonably believe it is being resold or misused.
If something changes
If we cancel the event you receive a full refund. If it is materially rescheduled you may move to the new date or take a refund. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you have booked separately, and we recommend insurance.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
